About Gulmarg
Gulmarg Wildlife Sanctuary surrounds the alpine resort of Gulmarg in Baramulla district, encompassing meadows, coniferous forest, and high ridges of the Pir Panjal. It harbours Himalayan musk deer, brown and black bear, leopard, and the Kashmir grey langur.
