About Kazinag
Kazinag National Park rises along the north bank of the Jhelum River in Baramulla district, facing the Pir Panjal range across the valley. It was established primarily to conserve the endangered Pir Panjal markhor and also shelters Himalayan brown bear, musk deer, and the western tragopan.
