About Kolombangara
A forest conservation area protecting all land above 400 m elevation on the volcanic island of Kolombangara, covering the peaks of Mount Veve, Mount Rano and Mount Tepalamenggatu. The largest upland forest reserve in the Solomon Islands, recognised under provincial government arrangements; managed with the Kolombangara Island Biodiversity Conservation Association.
