About Chocolate Hills

Chocolate Hills Natural Monument protects more than 1,200 conical limestone hills spread across central Bohol that turn brown in the dry season, giving the formation its name. Declared the country's third National Geological Monument, the karst landscape is a major geological and tourist landmark.
