A small wetland wildlife sanctuary in Salin Township centred on a roughly 2 km2 lake and surrounding marshland about 16 km west of the Irrawaddy River. The reedy wetland is a key wintering and migration site for waterfowl and other water birds, supporting around 130 bird species, and is one of only four protected wetlands in Myanmar.
