About Thale Noi
Thale Noi is a shallow freshwater lake at the northern end of the Songkhla Lake complex and one of the few intact freshwater wetland ecosystems left in Thailand. The non-hunting area is famed for its waterbirds, lotus blooms and water-buffalo herds, drawing over 200,000 visitors a year.
