About Northwest Panay Peninsula

One of the last remaining old-growth lowland rainforests on Panay Island, spanning the municipalities of Nabas, Malay, Buruanga, Libertad and Pandan across Aklan and Antique. It harbors endangered endemics including the Visayan warty pig, Visayan tarictic hornbill and Walden’s hornbill.
