Mounts Palay-Palay-Mataas-na-Gulod spans the Palay-Palay mountain range across Cavite and Batangas and protects the last remaining lowland rainforest in Cavite. Its centerpiece is Mount Pico de Loro, a popular hiking peak offering views of Manila Bay.
