About Mount Arayat

Mount Arayat Protected Landscape protects an isolated extinct volcano rising 1,026 meters above the Pampanga plains between the towns of Arayat and Magalang. Legislated in 2022, it preserves the mountain forest and is a popular hiking destination in central Luzon.
