A 372-hectare coastal hill forest at Cape Rachado on the Strait of Malacca near Port Dickson, gazetted as permanent reserved forest in 1921 and designated a Wildlife Sanctuary by PERHILITAN and an Important Bird Area by BirdLife International. One of the last patches of coastal dipterocarp forest in Peninsular Malaysia, it is a globally significant stopover on the East Asian–Australasian raptor migration flyway, drawing hundreds of thousands of migrating birds each spring.
