About Rompin

Taman Negeri Rompin is the Pahang state park portion of the greater Endau-Rompin massif, gazetted in 2000 as a State Park Forest. It protects pristine lowland dipterocarp rainforest, sandstone plateaus, and rivers, harboring Malayan tigers, Asian elephants, and the endemic Livistona endauensis fan palm.
