About Nam Ghong

Nam Ghong is a provincial protected area in the far southeast of Attapeu Province, Laos, in Phouvong District along the Cambodian border adjacent to Virachey National Park. The remote, heavily forested area of evergreen rainforest and spirit mountains forms part of a proposed transboundary biodiversity corridor and remains largely unstudied.
