William M. Tugman

State Park - Oregon, United States

Named after newspaperman and state parks advocate William M. Tugman (1894-1961), this park borders Eel Lake and provides public access for fishing, swimming, and boating. The lake was restored by removing logging debris and now supports populations of largemouth bass, crappie, rainbow trout, steelhead, and coho salmon.
