Territorial Park - Nunavut, Canada
Meaning 'the bluff', named for the largest bluff in the park. Located near Sanikiluaq in the Belcher Islands. Important archaeological site with remains of stone tent rings, sod houses, fox traps, and hunting blinds used by Thule, Dorset, and Inuit cultures. Popular for sea kayaking, canoeing, boating, and fishing. Coastal waters contain ringed seals, walrus, and beluga; land animals include Arctic foxes, lemmings, and Arctic hares.
