About Kusawa Territorial Park
Kusawa Territorial Park has a distinct cultural and natural history. The area became legally protected under the Parks and Land Certainty Act in 2016. It is designated as a Special Management Area in two Land Claim Agreements. Located in southwest Yukon, within three Traditional Territories: Carcross/Tagish, Champagne and Aishihik, and Kwanlin Dun First Nations.
