UNESCO World Heritage Site (2018). Cultural landscape with 4,200 years of human history. Covers almost 4,000 km2. Stretches from 40km inside Greenland Ice Sheet near Kangerlussuaq to islands south of Sisimiut. Contains archaeological sites from Saqqaq, Dorset, Thule Inuit, and colonial periods.
