Located at mouth of Hay River on Vale Island. Area historically home to Indigenous peoples and vital fur trade route. Hay River settled in 1860s as fur trading post. Features 35 electrical campsites with 13 amp hook-ups, sandy beach, excellent swimming, fishing for pickerel and northern pike. Located On Vale Island, Hay River, 10 km past town Visitor Centre.
